A New York wheated straight bourbon crafted from 70% organic corn, 20% wheat, and 10% Vienna malt. Aged 3.5 years and bottled at 85 proof. Soft and balanced, with just a hint of toast from the Vienna malt, this bourbon is made to be enjoyed by newcomers and longtime bourbon drinkers alike. The mash bill in both bottles is the same.
